We modelled a year of intermunicipal obstetric hospitalizations in Paraná as monthly referral graphs and asked whether a Graph Convolutional Network could classify municipalities by vulnerability. It could not beat a plain neural network with no graph at all — and the controlled ablation explains exactly why.

A wearable-only system that reads a driver’s heart rate in real time, classifies their stress level into five zones, delivers calming feedback on the wrist, and generates maps that let specialists review the emotional journey of each driving lesson. Validated with eleven student drivers.
